These 'Terms and Conditions' are set out in the agreement for online trading between days of grace (ABN 13600 747 680) (‘days of grace’) and the user of this website (‘you’).

By accessing, or using, any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, then you can choose not to access this website or use any of the services.
We reserve the right to amend this website as well as the Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, in which case the amended Terms and Conditions will apply for all orders placed after the amendments have been made.
This website is owned and operated by days of grace and hosted by WIX.

PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYMENT
By completing an online order, you are making an offer to purchase the product/item at the price stated on our website. Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal or Afterpay only. At the time of placing an order, you warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card, Afterpay account or PayPal account used to complete the payment.
All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by days of grace. We will email you a confirmation email and receipt of your online order. days of grace may reject your online order for any reason and refund any payment made by you at any time prior to dispatch.
All online orders must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the agreement. All transactions on this website are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). Customers purchasing from countries outside of Australia will have their currency automatically converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee. Please contact your bank or credit provider for details.
days of grace’s prices may vary in the event of price changes or mistakes on this website without prior notice to you. If days of grace requests payment for an increased price, you can choose to cancel your order. Notification of your wish to cancel the order in these circumstances must be received within seven (7) business days of the announcement of the increase.
RETURN POLICY

FAULTY POLICY
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard. If you have received a product/item with a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as you receive your product/item. This way we can guide you through the process for returns and exchanges and also help resolve the problem. Please provide us with images of the damage, defect or fault for a preliminary assessment. If the product/item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product/item or refund you the price of the product/item to your original payment method at your request. If the product/item is found not to have a manufacturing fault, we will ship the product/item back to you.
Please note that it does not constitute as a manufacturing fault if the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse and/or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may only be redeemed at on the days of grace website. Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
days of grace does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. If an order is made using a gift card and it is then cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the gift card will be refunded as a store credit only.
Gift card purchases may be subject to security checks from time to time, resulting in longer processing time.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place the online order. Store credits cannot be transferred to other accounts. Store credits are valid for two (2) years. Any balance that remains after the 2 years will not be available for use. Store credit does not accrue interest nor can it be redeemed or refunded for cash. If an order made using store credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the store credit will be restored to your account only.
WEBSITE SECURITY
The days of grace website, http://www.daysofgrace.com.au, is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a security device that ensures that any data, which you enter into a secure area of the website, is encrypted during transmission over the Internet. SSL utilises data encryption to create a secure environment for you to conduct your online transactions. In order for SSL to be effective, you must be using an SSL compliant browser.
days of grace does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only. In the event a credit card is used without the cardholder's authorisation, the cardholder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
days of grace has provided information on this website as accurately as possible. We take all precautions possible to keep the details of your orders and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party acquires unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.
To the extent permitted by law, all guarantees, warranties or representations which are not specifically stated in this Agreement are excluded. If days of grace is liable for breach of an obligatory guarantee or implied warranty or representation, our obligation is, at its option limited to the replacement of the products/items or the supply of equivalent products, the repair of the products/items or the payment of having the products/items replaced or repaired.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual property rights in all products/items appearing on this website, including logos, images, text, website design and layout, are the sole property of days of grace.
days of grace owns the intellectual property in relation to its garment designs and images. days of grace forbids the use of its garment designs, logo and images for any purpose without prior written consent from days of grace.
Any unauthorized use of the products/items appearing on this website may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
On the rare occasion that http://www.daysofgrace.com.au requires some down-time, either scheduled or unscheduled, days of grace will try to ensure the amount of down-time is limited. days of grace will not be held liable for any consequences during down-time.

days of grace reserves the right to terminate the agreement to supply products to you at any time before the products are dispatched. days of grace will not be liable to you for any expenses or damages whatsoever for terminating this agreement. If the product has not been delivered to you prior to any termination of this agreement, days of grace will refund any payment you have made prior to termination. days of grace may terminate the agreement under which you can use this website immediately without notice if you are in breach of our website term and conditions.
FULL AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions and use of website agreement together with the other policies on this website are the entire agreement between us (days of grace) and the user (you).
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and where capable the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
GOVERNING LAW
